We're looking for a passionate and engaging maths teacher to host our live lessons.
Our live lessons are designed to give parents and their children access to the very best teachers for study support. Lessons are hosted live online once a week for our students in years 6 to 11. You’ll be required to set the lesson/course material and deliver the lessons using our web video conferencing tool.
The role is part-time, from home and ongoing.
Hourly rate plus class commission.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, implement, analyse, develop and optimise EdPlace’s digital marketing campaigns. This role will mainly focus on paid search, paid social, display and mobile marketing activities based on the business’ acquisition targets and the performance marketing strategy. The role will also be expected to provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to improve performance for these channels and then action these items.
The role will also be involved in implementing and optimising an ongoing testing & optimisation plan in order to push volumes and improve cost per acquisition, along with new channel expansion. The core requirements for this role are a strong analytical mindset and approach, an understanding of managing media campaigns and a desire to learn from and be involved in a fast growing digital start-up.
1) Building new media campaigns
A large part of this role will be focused on researching qualified keyword lists and keyword mining while also identifying better targeting methodologies and building our various acquisition channels. This will involve researching keywords and building creatives. In addition to PPC media campaigns, in this role you will be responsible for building and optimising social and mobile media platforms in line with acquisition targets.
2) Optimising existing campaigns
Beyond building our keyword lists and developing our social, mobile and display activities this role will also spend time supporting the continuous testing and optimisation of all existing online marketing campaigns.
This will involve drafting new text & creatives and testing these in a consistent way, implementing learned best practices across accounts. Landing pages will also be developed and tested for improved conversion rate. A clear optimisation schedule will be developed by the Online Performance Manager in order to ensure that our volume building activities are delivering optimal profitability and that learnings are continually being applied to our accounts and across the team.
3) Reporting on performance
KPI reports will be generated on a weekly basis and reviewed with the the line manager in order to assess opportunities/issues and deliver a clearly prioritised task list reflecting on commercial targets.
The Online Performance Manager will identify opportunities and agree on key areas requiring attention.
We’re looking for qualified teachers to work part-time and remotely to author our Secondary Science content.
Through our worksheet Content Management System (CMS), you’ll create worksheets for EdPlace.com. The worksheets are all based entirely on the English National Curriculum. You are responsible for making sure your worksheets fit to the Curriculum, are error free and of high quality.
We’ll provide you with image libraries and any other access you need to create worksheets. You’ll also be responsible for writing media briefs so we can create animations, audio and videos for the worksheets.
The role is flexible and ongoing. Work will be designed to fit around your schedule.
